Caribbean Electronic Payments Online Services

Terms and Conditions

Payments and Registration

A registered bank can make as many queries during the registration period as they wish, as long as each query does not exceed sixty minutes research and answering time. All standard sixty minute queries will be answered within two working days. Due to the potential complexity of some questions being asked if a standard query is delayed, for whatever reason, the sender will be contacted within the two working day period, informed of progress to date and provided with an estimated completion date. If any query received exceeds sixty minutes in duration the sender will be contacted and a solution agreed. Longer non standard queries will be answered within an individually agreed timescale. The service is available to all registered banks and the staff of that bank only. All queries will only be accepted from a recognized bank email address which is using the correct password. All emails will be sent from the www.cepayments.com website. If any question requires card scheme input or opinion, Caribbean Electronic Payments will give their opinion on the query and if further validation is required the appropriate card scheme contact will be provided. All approved registrations will be processed within one working day.

www.cepayments.com services are provided on an annual subscription basis per bank . Please Note: Taxes applicable to the location will be added accordingly.
