JOINT VENTURES

The managers of Caribbean Electronic Payments (CEPAYMENTS) are also seeking Joint Venture (JV) partnerships in markets worldwide to provide outsourced processing solutions.

The JV will offer conventional issuing, acquiring and switching services alongside emerging technologies such as Smart Cards, Internet and mobile commerce. The service will be provided to customers on a transparent, predictable 'per click' charging basis.

CEPAYMENTS is targeting the financial market place where institutions are facing rapid business and technical change. Many installed systems are becoming obsolete and financial institutions are looking for ways to migrate to newer, secure systems without incurring major capital spends.

CEPAYMENTS works in collaboration with a number of global and internationally known strategic software partners. Our software is 'best of breed' in terms of functionality, reliability, scalability and 'maintainability' as well as being fully EMV compliant. Our business systems and services match the high-quality of our technical platforms.

The founding directors have significant and demonstrable expertise in financial transaction processing covering both systems and service provision. Together with the executive management team they possess a combined experience of 100 years in the financial and IT markets.
